OUR OPPONENT:
A Troubling Record of Scandals and Lawsuits
As voters consider who should serve as our next Hudson County Sheriff, the contrast couldn’t be clearer. While Sheriff Frank Schillari has spent over a decade leading with professionalism and integrity, Jimmy Davis brings a record marred by lawsuits, misconduct, and taxpayer-funded settlements.

A Pattern of Harassment and Costly Legal Issues
Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis is currently facing two separate lawsuits involving allegations of sexual harassment and a toxic work environment—all while running for Sheriff. These cases come after Davis previously settled a “sexting” lawsuit in 2023 that cost Bayonne taxpayers $450,000.

THE SEXTING
SCANDAL
Davis settled a lawsuit after sending inappropriate messages to a former city employee and attempting to lure her into his hotel room during an official city trip

Even Sheriff Schillari has spoken out, calling on Davis to "TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR WITHDRAW FROM THE RACE"
ON-GOING
TRIALS
Davis will soon be on trial in two more cases brought by women who worked for his administration.
Sincerrae Ross alleges Davis ignored her complaints of harassment by his own handpicked Business Administrator. A jury has been selected, and the trial is set to begin.
Melissa Matthews claims she was forced out of her position due to a hostile work environment. That trial begins on June 2nd—just days before the primary election

THE WRONG CHOICE FOR SHERIFF
The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office demands leadership that upholds respect, integrity, and public trust. Instead of answering for his actions, Jimmy Davis is trying to dodge responsibility while seeking a position of even greater power.
